Michael Boshears has been with Hanover Medical Technologies Inc since it was founded in 2002 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since February 2012. He has over two decades of experience in both managerial and operational roles in the medical device, automotive and aerospace industries. His engineering, technical and programming skills augment Structures ability to meet the medical industry’s need for complex CAD/CAM design and programming.

Bernardo Leon

Vice President

Bernardo Leon joined Hanover Medical Technologies Inc. in 2008 and has served as Vice President since February 2012. He earned a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Bernardo has over 20 years of experience in the precision machining industry, with expertise in Swiss-style turning centers.

Bryan Wine

Chief Financial Officer

Bryan Wine joined Hanover Medical Technologies Inc. in August 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer. He graduated from Florida International University with a masters degree in Accounting. John has over 20 years of experience in various finance and management roles, both in publicly traded and privately held companies.
